Dan Krause, Bryan Criminal Attorney

Dan was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. He attended college in his hometown at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, where he earned a degree in philosophy.

After earning his undergraduate degree, Dan attended law school at South Texas College of Law Houston. It was during this time that Dan developed a taste for criminal trial advocacy. He was an active participant in South Texas College of Law’s clinic program, where he had the opportunity to work with some of the best and most reputable criminal defense lawyers.

Dan’s focus on criminal defense law stems from his desire to help those being prosecuted. While in law school, Dan volunteered his time at legal aid clinics, assisting Houston’s less fortunate by helping to expunge and seal criminal records. He understands the pressure his clients feel when they are backed into a corner. Dan is highly motivated and committed to protecting his clients. He believes very strongly that anyone accused of a crime should be well-informed and involved at every step of the criminal process.

Dan fights with both pen and sword. When he is not working, he likes to spend time outside, playing with dogs.
